Nashville is supposed to be the town of country music ,but someone found something wrong with the charts. Kevin Hughes was working for Cash Box Magazine when he found a pattern in the charts. Kevin noticed that people would hit the Billboard Charts very quickly and they wouldn't necessarily have talent. The producer of Cash Box would have people pay $50 a song to hit the charts. Hughes brought this to the producer's attention and threatened him. In March of 1993, 23 year old Kevin Hughes was shot in the back of the head by a masked gunman. The handgun that was used was purchased from a drug dealer. The drug dealer was busted with 273 pounds of pot. Nine years later in Daniel's backyard, who was a former singer, the authorities found 13 slugs. One of the slugs were a match to a handgun. The authorities found so many because before the murder occurred Daniel practiced shotting in the backyard at a fence post. Later on the jury finds Richard D'Antonio gility and sentenced September 25th in prison.
