In this show a man was killed in Nashville, Tennessee in March of 93 . His name was Kevin Hughes, he was working with CASH BOX MAGAZINES, and investigators think that he was going to pull the plug on the business but someone pulled his plugs first. The business had offered many people false promises.
The main suspect that they thought most of was Richard D'Antonio he had bought a gun from Steve Daniel. Steve had mantioned that Richard had used his back yard as a practice place. The detectives had started to talk to Richard and he started to worry so he called Steve and told him that if the detectives started talking to him and asking if he knew anything that he should say that they were togherther that night until 11:30. The jury had passed him as guilty.
Since they never sayed what time he was killed then that shows that Richard did it becuase at that time they had not released the T.O.D. so i think thtat they got the right guy this time.
