Fear Itself
The first video is basically an advertisement, and the second video is the opening of each episode, which features the song "Lie,Lie, Lie" by Serj Tankian, former vocalist for System Of A Down.
I think that the first video is pretty self-explanatory for this show.
"La, la, la, la, la, la, la, la, lie, lie, lie..."

This show's premise is quite interesting to me. It looks like the NBC show Revelation. That show though was a little bit of a let down.
