Cedric's career as a standup comic got its first major boost when he won the "Johnny Walker National Comedy Contest" in Chicago. This led to regular gigs at nightclubs in his hometown of St. Louis, and a victory in another Chicago comedy competition.
What i think about Cedric The Entertainer: I think Cedric The Entertainer is a very funny comedian. He does song and dance with his stand-up shows to make it just that much more entertaining and hilarious. He is one of the funniest comics that i've seen. I want to see him do a live show that would be much better than watching him on t.v.

Cedric is a very funny guy. My main thing against him is that he seemingly will do any comedy. He can't seem to say no to any movie.
